Vince and his wife Maureen make an unbeatable real estate team – as one of their clients said: “We’ve been buying and selling houses over 20 years…and the Farellis outscore everyone we have ever worked with.”
Vince is not just a top Realtor®; he’s the Managing Broker for Maxavenue. He not only gives wise counsel to his own buyers and sellers, he often works with dozens of Maxavenue agents to solve problems and ensure extraordinary service for all Maxavenue clients.
Creative thinker. Business expert in project management. Former Marine blessed with focus, discipline and the will to help his clients achieve their goals. Sportsman with a love for golf, tennis and Bocce ball. Vince is truly one-of-a-kind. Working as a team with his wife Maureen, his goal is to go above and beyond to serve his clients like they’re part of the family.
Home buyers and sellers rave about their truly exceptional experience working with Vince and Maureen Farelli. “On a scale of one to ten, Maureen and Vince were an 11. They are first class all the way from start to finish,” say satisfied clients Ron and Sharon Zarriello. “We have been buying and selling houses for over 20 years and have used a lot of agents. The Farellis outscore everyone we have ever worked with.”
Vince has been selling real estate since 1994. In 2002 he teamed up with his wife Maureen and they have been wowing home buyers, sellers, and property investors as a dynamic husband and wife duo ever since. With over 30 years of experience between them, the Farellis provide world-class service and together, they have helped their clients buy and sell hundreds of homes in the greater Austin area. Having two attentive and seasoned professionals on their side, Vince and Maureen’s clients feel incredibly confident through every step of the real estate process. They return to the Farellis again and again over a lifetime of home ownership for a two-for-one deal that just can’t be beat.
After living in Northwest Austin for 19 years, Vince and Maureen relocated to Onion Creek in South Austin, where they love to play tennis, golf, and socialize with their friends and neighbors at Onion Creek Club. When they’re not at home entertaining or playing bocce ball on their backyard court or hanging with their dog, Flash, Vince and Maureen enjoy traveling to visit family and friends or returning to their honeymoon destination of Italy. With their vast knowledge of local neighborhoods and market cycles, Vince and Maureen work with home buyers and sellers all across Austin and its surrounding counties. They specialize in northern areas like Cedar Park and Round Rock as well as the southwestern communities of Circle C, Shady Hollow, Travis Country, Western Oaks, and, of course, Onion Creek.
Born and raised in Houston, Texas, Vince Farelli followed in his father’s footsteps and joined the Marine Corps after high school. In 1988, he moved to Austin to study at the University of Texas and never left. After 12 years in the high-tech industry where he managed business and manufacturing processes, technical teams and complex projects, Vince decided to pursue real estate. “Real estate was a natural fit for me,” says Vince. “I love to connect with people and help them buy or sell one of the largest assets they will ever own.” In 2001, Vince founded his own brokerage, Farelli and Associates Real Estate. He was one of the first agents to join Maxavenue, and now, in addition to working with his clients, Vince acts as Maxavenue’s Managing Broker to help oversee REALTOR® professional standards and training for the company.
As a real estate investor himself, Vince excels at working with seasoned as well as first-time real estate investors. He has experience utilizing a wide array of investment strategies such as foreclosures, short sales, wholesaling, owner financing, and mortgage assignments. Working as a team with his wife Maureen, Vince typically acts in a supportive, business and numbers-oriented role behind the scenes of every transaction. “Maureen makes our business more fun,” says Vince. “It helps that we can bounce ideas off each other and come up with creative solutions for our clients.”
Indeed, one of Vince’s greatest strengths as a Realtor® is his ability to problem-solve. He is a creative thinker who loves to look at the “big picture.” With experience helping distressed homeowners, Vince is skilled at implementing non-traditional real estate strategies. “There is a solution to every problem,” Vince says. “It just takes tenacity and experience to find it.”
“For example, we once worked with clients selling their home in a newer community where construction was still taking place. Competing against the smaller and cheaper homes being built, we struggled to generate an offer for their home,” Vince recalls. “Our sellers considered a price reduction, but I suggested they offer owner financing to qualified buyers instead. We received an offer that was over the list price and closed the transaction by the end of the month. Our sellers are now making more money than they would’ve with a traditional sale.”
At the University of Texas, Vince studied Interior Design with an emphasis in Architecture. For home sellers, Vince utilizes his design training to expertly oversee the home staging process, which highlights a home’s unique assets and features in order to attract targeted buyers. For home buyers, Vince’s knowledge in renovation and construction proves invaluable for helping clients get the best possible value for their home. With Maxavenue’s Maximum Choice Home Buying System®, Vince examines a house from every angle, using a rigorous inspection and due diligence process to uncover hidden flaws. Vince provides a comprehensive investment analysis on the future appreciation of a home, ensuring that his clients are making a prudent, balanced financial decision for the long-term.
Home buyers and sellers choose Vince because of his exceptional professionalism and the warm, family-oriented way the Farellis conduct their business. “I treat my clients as if they’re family,” Vince says. “A lot of them have become very close friends that I stay in touch with even today.” Persistent and results-driven, Vince provides the best possible service to his clients, no matter the circumstances. With 20 years of experience and a proven talent for thinking outside the box, Vince is a trusted problem-solver for every home buyer, seller, and investor.
