Bouldin Creek is the Best of Austin’s Best

Let me be direct. Bouldin Creek is the best of what Austin has always been. And in my opinion, Bouldin creek is what Austin should always be.

It is simple, yet elegant. Bouldin Creek is the place people conjure in their mind’s eye when they say, “I want to live in Austin.” Trust me, Bouldin Creek is an awesome place to call “home.”

Why? The neighborhood is lush and beautiful, known for its large trees and luscious landscape, yet so close to the heartbeat of this vibrant city. People like me who work and play in Bouldin Creek are only minutes away from amazing restaurants, shopping, live music venues, and the best of the best when it comes to people watching.

You’re Going to Love the Food, Drinks and Live Music!

From the food trucks of the likes of Dock and Roll diner and Gourdough’s, to the fine dining venues of Lenoir and Vespaio, there are some great places here to enjoy an amazing meal for any occasion.

You’ve also got great places for authentic Mexican food. Habanero Mexican Café serves up the best enchiladas in town, enjoy them on special every Tuesday, the red sauce is unforgettable.

If enchiladas aren’t you’re thing, make your way over to Taquerias Arandinas for some of the best Mexican street tacos you’ve ever had. I recommend a couple of tacos al pastor and a michelada with your choice of Mexican beer, delicioso!

If your needs are vegan/vegetarian, Bouldin Creek Café is a great place to have a good cup of coffee and a great veggie omelet.

Live music you say? The famous Continental Club is just down the street, along with the newly renovated “C-Boys,” who features the amazing Tameca Jones, “The Tina Turner of Jazz,” she will blow your newly purchased striped socks off!

Everything I Love about Austin

The in-laws are coming to town? Have them stay at either of the amazing boutique hotels along South Congress, Hotel San Jose is a nice choice, and the even more exclusive Hotel Saint Cecilia boasts an amazing pool and phenomenal cocktails conjured up by their mixologist behind the bar.

If you would like a little change of pace, Zilker park is just a hop, skip, and a jump away. Take a stroll around the well-known Roy Butler Hike and Bike Trail, or cool off in the lovely Barton Springs Pool.

As I said, whatever your pleasure, Bouldin Creek offers a fun and active lifestyle. For me, working and playing here puts me in the middle of everything I love about Austin.

Let’s face it. Purchasing a home is an emotional decision. I’ve helped lots of people find their ideal property in Bouldin Creek over the years. And the results are always the same. My clients agree that the neighborhood just feels right and embracing this eclectic lifestyle is one of the best decisions they’ve ever made.
