Brad Bradburn is a Certified Negotation Expert (CNE) with a 10-year proven track record of helping buyers and sellers achieve their lifestyle and real estate goals. Brad is a top listing agent and one of the few Austin Realtors who is certified in Maxavenue’s Maximum Value Home Selling System® – the world’s most proven process to get sellers up to 5% to 15% more money for their homes than traditional real estate marketing methods.
Family man, musician and passionate Realtor. Through hard work and an incredible knowledge of the Austin real estate market, Brad loves to help his clients “win before they start.” He works with each client to prepare a detailed plan of action based on their specific lifestyle, financial and real estate goals. A former full-time musician for an independent record label, Brad also knows the Austin music scene and the lifestyles that draw buyers and sellers to the “Live Music Capital of the World”.
Brad loves to solve problems. “Music is a form of ‘live problem-solving’. You hear all the parts and pieces and the challenge is to put them together in such as way that you create something that is meaningful.” A graduate of Musician’s Institute & Tech in Los Angeles, Brad holds a Bachelor of Arts in Bass Performance. He performs with FlyJack, his band that plays Raw Funk, Soul Jazz and Rare Groove music from the 60’s and 70’s playing the bass guitar as well as drums. Music brought Brad together with his wife, Elizabeth who is also a licensed realtor.
Prior to having a career in real estate, Brad did recording and marketing for an independent label, Bean Pie Music. Marketing a record label and marketing real estate have many things in common. Among them, passion, persistence and the ability to build a team that can get the job done. “I learned a lot from that experience. I know how important it is to have a strong network of professionals to help solve the problems that come up along the way.”
For buyers, Brad knows that a great team and the right tools can make a difference in maximizing his client’s time and money. “Thanks to Maxavenue’s Maximum Choice Home Buying System® finding my clients the perfect home at the right price is easy. Using this proven home buying system along with my team and my negotiating skills I can ensure that my clients avoid the costly mistakes most home buyers can make,” Brad is a Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE). “When you love dealing with people, negotiating comes naturally.”
Client Brent Bartholomew says, “Brad is both a real estate expert and a high-integrity, heart-centered man. Since taking on my wife and I as clients, he has gone above and beyond the call of duty whenever we needed him. I have always been able to count on Brad as my agent. I highly recommend him.”
For sellers, “Prepare to Win Before You Begin” is one of Brad’s strongest marketing strategies. Guiding sellers through home preparation can make a difference in both price and days on the market. “I work with my sellers to get top dollar for their home using Maxavenue’s Maximum Value Home Selling System®. I want the best for my clients and using this system, I help them get up to 5% to 15% more money for their home. I encourage all of my Sellers to have a pre-inspection and deal with most of their home’s issues in advance. Otherwise, it’s like giving a blank check to the Buyer.”
“Brad is extremely personable. He walked me through the process of selling my first home and guided me along the way with his expert experience. I highly recommend Brad, he is a person with high integrity that will be there every step of the way,” says client Sarah Bruce.
Another form of problem solving comes in working with real estate investors. “Any investor who wants top dollar for a home they are selling needs a Realtor® with a proven, repeatable process that can manage the variables of the home selling process.” Brad knows that investors are concerned with return on investment, location and condition and less about neighborhood amenities. “If they are not working with me, or another Maxavenue agent, they could be losing thousands of dollars.”
Austin is a rapidly growing and changing city. Neighborhoods, transportation routes, school districts, parks and recreation and even shopping and dining vary depending upon which area of the city you live in. “Each area of the city has its own personality and newcomers may find it difficult to find their way around. Years ago, I worked in executive transportation, and spent a lot of time navigating the streets of Austin, so I know this area.” Brad represents clients and properties throughout the Austin Metro region specializing in North Central, Northwest Austin such as Rosedale, Allandale, Crestview, Northwest Hills, Great Hills and Spicewood Springs.
Brad lives a full life with his wife and three children, performing with his band, FlyJack and coaching his son’s soccer team. He also enjoys giving back to his community and donates his time to Volunteers at the Creek in Austin.
