Close to Rough Hollow is the Hill Country Galleria, a short 15-minute drive away. The Galleria hosts retailers selling sporting equipment, clothing and home goods essential to the Rough Hollow lifestyle. Anchoring the regional mall are Whole Foods Market, Dick’s Sporting Goods, Dillard’s, and Barnes & Noble. There are more than 100 other specialty stores and restaurants. A nine-screen movie theater and well-designed public library complete the open-air mall.
In addition to the Galleria’s Whole Foods Market, there are HEB and Randalls grocery stores within about 10 minutes of the neighborhood. There are also six more major shopping centers less than 30 minutes away including the Village at Westlake, Lakeline Mall, The Shops at Arbor Trail, Escarpment Village, Sunset Valley Market Fair, and Barton Creek Square Mall. Together, these shopping malls host almost 500 stores and restaurants.

The Grove Wine Bar and Kitchen in Lakeway is a popular destination for fresh, organic appetizers, bruschetta, pizza, pasta and daily specials.
