Molly Anderson (Buyer) - Why Maureen Is the Best Realtor I Have Ever Hired
Molly Anderson (Buyer) - Why Maureen's Communication Skills Are Exceptional
Molly Anderson (Buyer) - How Maureen Went the Extra Mile
Maureen’s business and real estate experience are hard to match. As a former IBM manager she learned organization and communications skills in a world-class environment. Now, she is one of Austin’s top Realtors® earning rave reviews from hundreds of her Austin area home buyers and sellers.
When you hire Maureen you’ll have the peace of mind that you hired a true professional who is experienced, caring and passionate about serving her clients.
Growing up in an Air Force family, she has lived all over the US and overseas. She went to high school in Okinawa, Japan, then came back stateside to continue her family’s Aggie tradition and attended Texas A&M University where she earned a degree in Business Management. Now that she’s settled in a city she’s proud to call home, Maureen puts her 12 years of real estate experience to work so her clients can do the same. Working with her husband Vince to provide above-and-beyond customer service, Maureen says, “I love getting to know my clients, understanding their goals, and working as a trusted partner to help achieve them.”
Homebuyers and sellers rave about their truly exceptional experience working with Maureen and Vince Farelli. “On a scale of one to ten, Maureen and Vince were an 11. They are first class all the way from start to finish,” say satisfied clients Ronald and Sharon Zarriello. “We have been buying and selling houses for over 20 years and have used a lot of agents. The Farellis outscore everyone we have ever worked with.” Maureen and Vince have been wowing homebuyers, sellers, and property investors as a dynamic husband and wife duo since 2002. With over 30 years of experience between them, the Farellis provide world-class service and together, they have helped clients buy and sell hundreds of homes in the Austin area. Having two attentive and seasoned professionals on their side, Maureen and Vince’s clients feel incredibly confident through every step of the real estate process. They return to the Farellis again and again over a lifetime of home ownership for a two-for-one deal that just can’t be beat.
After living in Northwest Austin for 19 years, Maureen and Vince relocated to Onion Creek in South Austin, where they love to play tennis, golf, and socialize with their friends and neighbors at the Onion Creek Club. When they’re not at home entertaining or playing bocce ball on their backyard court or hanging with their dog, Flash, Maureen and Vince enjoy traveling to visit family and friends or back to their honeymoon destination of Italy.
With their vast knowledge of local neighborhoods and market cycles, Maureen and Vince work with homebuyers and sellers all across Austin and its surrounding counties. They specialize in northern areas like Cedar Park and Round Rock as well as the southwestern communities of Circle C, Shady Hollow, Travis Country, Western Oaks, and, of course, Onion Creek.
Maureen joined her husband at Farelli & Associates Real Estate in 2002 after spending over 20 years in the corporate world at IBM and XETEL. “After so many years working in corporate America, I know that the best way to do business is to use a defined process,” Maureen explains. “I joined Maxavenue because we use very specific business processes, the Maximum Choice Home Buying System® and the Maximum Value Home Selling System®, to make sure our actions are always in line with our clients’ needs.” Maureen’s clients are consistently thrilled by the proven results of Maxavenue’s innovative buying and selling systems.
Maureen emphasizes professionalism and collaboration with all of her homebuyers and sellers. She understands that no two clients’ goals are the same, so she guarantees top-notch communication and the utmost personalized attention. “One of the most critical aspects of customer service is proactive, constant communication,” says Maureen. “I stay tuned in with my clients, whether it’s by responding immediately to phone calls or e-mails, or maybe just giving little surprises that make them smile when they’re stressed out by the process.”
While her husband Vince usually works behind the scenes in a business-oriented role, Maureen works front and center with families and individuals buying and selling properties all over the Austin area. She especially enjoys working with first-time homebuyers. “Maureen did an outstanding job helping me navigate all the processes and paperwork to get my first home,” says first-time buyer Patrick Moran. “Maureen provided guidance that was far above and beyond my expectations. Without all her support I would never have been able to make the transition from a renter to a homeowner.”
“The general perception out there is that agents just unlock doors and let people see houses until they find one they like,” Maureen says. “We are ever mindful of not just what the house is like, but of the life they’re going to lead in that house for many years to come.” With Maxavenue’s Maximum Choice Home Buying System®, Maureen systematically refines the home search process and guides her clients through their broad range of financing options, the cost of home ownership over a long period of time, and the home’s investment potential. As a Certified Negotiation Expert, she has the skills to ensure that every client is buying for the best price and the right value.
Maureen utilizes Maxavenue’s Maximum Value Home Selling System® to proactively manage over 70 variables in the home selling process, including detailed Internet marketing strategies, a thorough pre-inspection, and a comprehensive home staging process. “Recently we had a client who wanted to sell immediately, but the house was a mess. It took some time to prepare the home properly, but the result was that our seller ended up getting $85,000 more than they would have gotten originally. They were thrilled.” Maureen ensures that every step of the process runs smoothly while coordinating a team of experts who work on behalf of her sellers.
First-time buyers will often return to Maureen to help them up-size and move on to the next phase of their lives. Indeed, with warmth, focus, and dedication, Maureen aims to cultivate client relationships that last a lifetime. “My goal is to be a lifetime resource for my clients. They can call me five years after they’ve bought their home,” she says. “Maybe their tax bill just went up and they want input on what’s happening in their neighborhood. They can talk to me about anything.” Vince and Maureen also keep in touch with their clients by enrolling them in the Maxavenue Homeowners Club™, which provides monthly real estate market information and useful tips for homeowners. With truly memorable customer service and consistently excellent results, the Farellis love what they do, and it shows.
