“This neighborhood has it all,” beams Jonathan Malahide, a technician at Google who has lived in Copperfield since 2008 with his wife Shina and 8-year old son, Johnny. “Rowe Lane is a great school, and we love taking Johnny to the local park. The neighborhood is friendly and safe. We moved out here because of the affordability, but we never expected to find such a gem.”

“Copperfield is definitely one of the quieter and more laid-back Austin neighborhoods,” says Jonathan. “But it’s close to everything Austin has to offer. I’m in a great house in a great part of town — now that’s what I call living!”
