A voluntary HOA actively helps maintain and improve the community. The neighborhood pool and tennis courts are reserved for the exclusive use of homeowners, although guests are allowed when accompanied by a member. During the day, there is a lifeguard on duty.
Students living in Granada Hills attend schools in the Austin Independent School District. Clayton Elementary School received an “Exemplary” rating from the Texas Education Agency. Both Gorzycki Middle School and Bowie High School have received “Recognized” ratings from the TEA. The Austin Community College campus is within minutes of Granda Hills.
